Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 50,000 (depending on experience)

Job Overview

  • We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in B2B lead generation and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying and qualifying potential clients through various outreach methods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • l Conduct B2B lead generation through cold callingemail campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • l Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups with prospects
  • l Maintain detailed records of calls and leads in Excel and CRM systems
  • l Utilize tools such as Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to research and qualify leads
  • l Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads
  • l Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign performance

Requisito

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal (a top priority)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation and using Google tools for research
  • Strong background in cold outreach and email marketing
  • Prior experience working in Australian accounts or pioneer teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with logistics or software sales is highly advantageous
