Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Parañaque for a Learning and Development Manager. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Key tasks include developing instructional materials, managing learning systems, and promoting leadership development across the organization. The role requires collaboration with various departments to identify training needs and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Training & Development and Training skills
• Experience in Learning Management and Instructional Design
• Leadership Development skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Certification in Training or related professional qualifications is beneficial
