JOB ROLES:

1. Develop and execute leasing strategies that align with the company's expansion goals, ensuring an annual target of 20 new store openings. Lead site selection and feasibility studies, while continuously evaluating lease terms and store performance to optimize profitability.
2. Ability to manage a team in leading the company’s target 
3. Research store development and property opportunities (assessing the best store locations, conducting sales activities with developers and landlords, and deciding whether to proceed with store openings)
4. Develop and implement store development strategies/plans that align with the overall business strategies/plans.
5. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
6. Conduct site visits to check and monitor rented properties to maintain the standard required quality of the company
7. Review documents and requirements from the property owners.
8. Prepare reports on leasing activities
9. Coordinate with the different departments to prepare move-in and move-out processes
10. Maintain good networking connections with existing or new clients (business peers)
