- Monitor space availability and occupancy on a per mall level.
- Check tenant mix gap, aging vacancies and provide recommendations thereafter.
- Ensure proper implementation of ingress and egress process.
- Update masterlist, wishlist, mall plan and market profile on a periodic basis.
- Maintain strong relationships with lessees and tenants.
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any Business course, preferably in Real Estate Management, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or Management.
- With 3-5 year work experience of similar capacity.
- Willing to be assigned in Head Office - Muñoz, Quezon City
