Descrição:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on construction regulations.
- Maintain organized records of legal files.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution efforts.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure legal compliance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably as a Legal Assistant or Specialist.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, effective time-management, critical thinking, analytical abilities, and understanding of compliance.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in legal research, document preparation, compliance auditing, and case management.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, organized, proactive, and possesses a strong ethical foundation.
