Are you a Customer Service pro with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for solving billing or payment issues? We’re looking for a Level 1 Payment Operations Specialist to join our growing remote team!

? What will make you a great fit?

✔ Strong background in Customer Service (offshore support)

✔ Experience in research & background verification

✔ Confident handling email, messaging, and outbound calls

✔ Exposure to banking, finance, billing, fraud disputes, or refunds is a PLUS

✔ Able to handle escalations, generate reports, and resolve account issues quickly

✔ Prior roles in collections, fraud, payment disputes, or billing concerns are ideal

This role focuses on day-to-day Payment Operations, especially escalation handling and outbound communication. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, we want to hear from you!
