- With excellent negotiable and communications skills that focuses on closing deals and managing relationships with property owners, LGUs, and/or government officials.
- Must be willing to travel or relocate to different areas, as required by the business.

Requisito
- College Graduate
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiarity with government procedures related to site acquisition and land use permits is an advantage.
