Descrição:

1. Timely, accurate, and complete transactions with gov't agencies and private offices

  • Ensure all interactions and transactions with government agencies and private offices are carried out promptly, accurately, and in compliance with all relevant regulations in relation to renewal of permits and licenses
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents, applications, and requests to the respective agencies and offices in a timely manner.
  • Keep updated with changes in procedures and requirements to ensure the organization's compliance with current regulations.


2. RCX (Regulatory Compliance and Cross-Functional Coordination)

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure that the organization's operations align with regulatory requirements.
  • Advise and educate internal stakeholders on compliance and regulatory matters.


3. Reports

  • Prepare and submit regular reports to government agencies and private offices, as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, correspondence, and documents related to liaison activities.
  • Ensure that reports are complete, accurate, and submitted within designated deadlines.


4. Negotiation

  • Engage in negotiations on behalf of the organization with government agencies or private entities to resolve issues, secure approvals, or address concerns.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners to facilitate successful negotiations.
  • Effectively communicate the organization's needs and interests while finding mutually beneficial solutions.

Requisito

- A bachelor's graduate or vocational degree in communication, business administration or any related field.

- Must have 1-3-year related work experience
