As a Junior Cook, you will support the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to Forkd by Brozky’s standards. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, basic cooking, plating).
  • Cook and serve dishes according to recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food to meet halal and food safety standards.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Uphold Forkd by Brozky’s brand standards for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.


  • Singaporean 
  • At least 6 months of F&B or kitchen experience (fresh graduates/trainees welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, frying, pasta preparation, etc.).
  • Familiarity with food hygiene and safety practices (Food Hygiene Certification preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
