Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques and methods
- Skills and Competencies: Strong mise-en-place skills for efficient kitchen operation
- Qualities and Traits: Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
