LOAN SALES UNIT HEAD - MC


Job Summary:

The Loan Sales Manager for Motorcycle, is responsible for driving the bank’s loan portfolio growth by leading and managing the sales team in achieving loan production targets. The role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, expanding the bank’s customer base, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal credit policies. The Loan Sales Manager actively builds strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders to promote Agribank’s lending programs and services. The position also requires close monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to align sales initiatives with the bank’s overall business goals.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible in the formulation and implementation of the sales, marketing plans, and programs to achieve key business objectives in maximizing sales volume, profitability and market share.
  • Responsible in controlling the entire marketing force in the most effective way of promoting loan products among sales force.
  • Work closely with other loan unit teams in initiating and implementing area thematic promotional campaigns, events, activations and other sales plan for the target market segment.
  • Spearheaded marketing of business loans and maintains or upgrade client network and channels of customers/clients.
