- Oversee and manage the supply chain and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
- Analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage budgets and forecast logistics expenses.
- Lead a team of logistics professionals and provide training.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics management.
- Skills and Competencies: Flexibility, staff coaching, and personnel management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee logistics operations, ensure timely delivery, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Working Conditions: Office and warehouse environments, with occasional travel required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to lead teams effectively.
