Job description:

1. Shipment Booking

• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to book sea, air, or land shipments.
• Verify rates, transit times, and available capacity before confirmation.
• Prepare and issue booking requests, shipping instructions, and necessary transport documentation.

2. Shipment Monitoring

• Track shipments end-to-end, from dispatch to delivery.
• Update internal systems with current status and ETAs.
• Identify delays or disruptions

3. Email & Communication Management

• Respond promptly and professionally to logistics-related inquiries from clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Draft clear and accurate email updates on shipment status, booking confirmations, and issue resolutions.
• Maintain an organized email inbox with categorization for shipments, carriers, and urgent issues.
