一、岗位职责（Responsibilities:）

1.对接客户需求更新相关船舶动态，装卸货进度/换船员进度；对接办理移民局/海关手续；

2. 熟悉了解船舶进出口手续流程，协同菲律宾催促海事/海关手续办理进度

3. 落实分代/政府部门/供应商报价，制作报价单，月账单等往来款项

4.关注工程船证书有效期并及时安排延期；协同出现的检验及突发情况；协助船东安排坞检等相关事宜

5. 协调对接船东需求；及时更新船员更换状态；协助办理船员签证，处理突发情况；


二、技能要求（Qualifications & Requirements）

1.航海、航运、物流、外贸、外语类相关专业优先。

2.英语口语流利，能够作为工作语言进行无障碍沟通（CET-6级通过者优先）；具备良好的中英文书面表达能力。

3.学习能力强，同事互动沟通融洽，懂灵活变通。

4.具备出色的沟通协调能力、抗压能力和解决问题的能力。
