Descrição:

Jojo Bragais Shoes is looking for a Logistics Officer who will ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective order fulfillment from our stockrooms to clients. This role involves managing daily delivery operations, coordinating with couriers, and working closely with the Inventory team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.


  • Plan and oversee daily delivery schedules based on confirmed orders.
  • Coordinate with Inventory staff to ensure correct items are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for bookings, pickups, urgent requests, and special deliveries.
  • Monitor deliveries, resolve delays, and maintain strong relationships with courier service providers.
  • Guide and support logistics operations, identifying process improvements to save time and costs.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, courier receipts, and related documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on delivery performance and costs for the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure dispatch areas are clean, safe, and efficient.
  • Occasionally perform physical deliveries or pick-ups when required.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or related roles (retail or e-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with courier systems, tracking tools, and basic inventory procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Physically fit to handle occasional lifting and stock handling.
  • Ability to drive motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles (license required).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading or supervising a small team.
  • Knowledge of inventory/order tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with route planning and optimization.
  • Experience in courier/vendor negotiations.
