Descrição:

  1. Coordination and Planning: Support the coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain operations.
  2. Shipping and Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and undamaged goods.
  3. Documentation: Prepare paperwork for outbound shipments, review shipment documents (e.g., BOL, invoices, packing lists), and maintain inventory of shipping supplies.
  4. Customer Support: Provide customers with order confirmations and book outbound orders with freight forwarders or brokers.
  5. Inventory Management: Process incoming shipments, compare received items with shipment orders, stock materials in the warehouse, and file necessary documentation.
  6. Order Processing: Confirm orders, prepare packing lists, and physically check outgoing materials.


Requisito

  • College undergraduate / College graduate
  • With atleast 6 months of work-related experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
