SMC Multi-Services Inc. is an Operations, Maintenance, and Management subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation.


Our primary purpose is to engage in the operation and maintenance of plants, factories, warehouses, facilities, and equipment used in the manufacture and processing of various products, and the performance of related and incidental activities in connection thereto, and to provide allied support services such as the delivery of goods, wares, and merchandise of all kinds.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably Industrial Engineering graduate or any other related course.
  • At least 5 years work experience in warehouse and logistics industry.
  • With a background in GWP, ISO, 5S, and documentation standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and expertise in Inventory Management, including manual and SAP-based inventory systems.
  • Knowledgeable in structured problem-solving (e.g., RCA, TMS, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset with a high level of enthusiasm, attention to detail, proactive leader and initiator.
  • Must be willing to travel and observe different operation sites around NCR and Luzon.


Job Description:

The Logistics Team Leader works closely with the Operations Manager for Warehousing and Delivery Services in overseeing and managing all business units in different operational sites. Specifically, the Logistics Team Leader is expected to

  • Introduce and implement established systems and policies on new and existing business units.
  • Focuses on managing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and improving material handling processes.
  • Responsibilities include setting up systems for inventory tracking (especially using FEFO and SAP), monitoring compliance, analyzing and improving KPI performance, problem-solving, and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Propose and implement improvement activities based on customer requirements and identified corrective/preventive actions.
  • Enforcing company policies, cross-departmental collaboration, cost analysis, risk management, and supporting finance operations (like liquidation and procurement).
  • Leadership in staff coaching, training, and proactive improvement projects is expected.
  • Facilitate training of key personnel including who are in charge of running new and existing businesses.
  • Manage site operations in order to consistently provide high quality service to customers.
