Key Responsibilities

• Sewing Operation – Operate industrial or manual sewing machines to assemble garments or fabric products.
• Pattern Following – Follow design patterns, measurements, or instructions for each sewing task.
• Quality Inspection – Check each item for defects, misalignment, or stitching issues before and after sewing.
• Fabric Handling – Cut, align, and prepare fabrics properly to ensure precision.
• Machine Maintenance – Clean and maintain sewing equipment to ensure proper function.
• Production Support – Assist in meeting production targets and deadlines.

Key Qualifications

• Sewing Experience – Prior experience as a sewer, tailor, or garment worker is preferred.
• Machine Knowledge – Ability to operate various sewing machines.
• Attention to Detail – High level of precision and quality awareness in stitching and fabric handling.
