WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The position involves overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating with various departments to gather relevant financial information.

1. Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with the applicable accounting standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.
2. Develop and maintain financial reporting processes to streamline the production of periodic reports.
3. Coordinate the preparation and filing of external financial reports, including quarterly and annual reports with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
4. Work closely with auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
5. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
6. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
8. Manage the budget and monthly P&L review of multiple cost centers.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
2. Certified Public Accountant required
3. At least 5 years of financial and/or accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager of Finance
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Must be able to use good judgment, be analytical and have strong decision making skills
6. Ability to interpret and advise on financial data
7. Ability to motivate, coach, and direct others
8. Flexible and open for innovation
9. Knowledge in SAP is a plus
