Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer and prospect database (CRM).
• Assist in preparing and distributing promotional materials (brochures, catalogs, digital content, etc.).
• Monitor and update the company's social media and website according to the marketing team's directives.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to marketing activities.
• Perform data entry and document the results of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team for promotional needs and product campaigns.
• Organize schedules for meetings, presentations, or marketing events.
• Support the execution of events such as exhibitions, product launches, or customer gatherings.
• Handle the administration of correspondence and filing of marketing documents.
