Key Responsibilities & Functions

Brand Promotion & Management

● Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen the company’s brand and market position.

● Manage marketing communications across all channels, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and public relations.

● Manage the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging.

● Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate marketing and customer information to support lead generation and relationship management.

● Oversee and maintain the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective activities aligned with strategic goals.

● Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

● Identify and evaluate opportunities for product and market expansion.

● Drive distribution channel development and manage partnerships to maximize reach and sales.

● Support pricing strategy through competitor benchmarking and customer insights.

● Produce and distribute a bi-monthly newsletter to agents and partners.

● Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained through effective communication and brand messaging.

Reporting & Coordination

● Chair monthly marketing meetings and provide KPI-based reports to the CEO.

● Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers (designers, agencies, etc.) to execute marketing activities on time and on brand.

● Support the sales team with marketing materials, product presentations, and campaign content.

Administrative & Additional Responsibilities

● Carry out general marketing administration tasks and assist with broader business needs as required.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Able to work autonomously

● Experience in a similar marketing role; experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a strong advantage.

● Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, email platforms).

● Experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are highly desirable.

● Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.

  • WFH

  • 7am to 4pm PH, Mon to Fri
