  • Lead and monitor the marketing team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role is a must (preferably in the beauty or aesthetic industry).
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales and marketing, e-commerce, business analysis, and campaign performance monitoring.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, creativity, and excellent communication abilities.
