岗位职责 Responsibilities
阶段一：学习与融入（第1个月）
- 学习并熟悉公司业务模式、产品线与组织架构；
- 了解部门工作流程及岗位职责，完成导师布置的基础任务；
- 参与团队会议，协助数据整理、报告撰写、市场研究等工作。
阶段二：实操与执行（第2个月）
- 在导师指导下独立操作系统及相关工具（CRM、财务系统、后台等）；
- 参与项目执行或专项任务，负责部分模块或跟进工作；
- 分析业务数据，提出改进建议。
阶段三：独立与成长（第3个月）
- 能独立负责一定范围内的工作内容或小型项目；
- 对接公司内部与外部资源，协调跨部门合作；
- 向主管汇报项目进度，输出成果总结。
任职要求 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限（金融、经济、市场、管理类优先）；
- 中英文流利，具备良好沟通表达能力；
- 逻辑清晰、学习能力强，乐于接受新挑战；
- 具备团队合作精神与责任感；
- 有海外学习或工作经验者优先考虑。
