- Source, evaluate, and contact suitable KOLs/KOCs based on campaign needs
- Negotiate booking rates and terms, send briefs, and monitor content production
- Review content for accuracy and ensure timely posting
- Track and report campaign performance
- Manage and update KOL/KOC database, support payment reconciliation, and coordinate with internal teams
Assessment:
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and platforms
- Strong negotiation, communication, and KOL analysis skills
- Familiarity with campaign tracking tools and reporting
