Descrição:

The Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for promoting the restaurant's brand, increasing foot traffic, boosting sales, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. This role involves both online and offline marketing strategies, customer engagement, event planning, and sales initiatives tailored to the Korean BBQ dining experience.


Sales Duties:

  • Promote group reservations, private events, and party packages
  • Reach out to local businesses, schools, and offices for bulk or corporate meal packages
  • Maintain relationships with repeat customers and ensure customer loyalty
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and promotions
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Marketing Duties:

  • Create and manage social media content (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Coordinate with graphic designers or agencies for posters, menus, and promotions
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers
  • Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and local partners for collaborations
  • Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide monthly reports
  • Handle customer feedback and online reviews to improve the brand image
  • Assist in managing the restaurant’s online presence on platforms like Google, Zomato, GrabFood, or FoodPanda

Events & Partnerships:

  • Organize in-store events such as K-pop nights, Korean holidays, and samgyup eating contests
  • Identify potential sponsorship or partnership opportunities within the community


Requisito

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Social Media or Digital Marketing training (preferred)

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (F&B preferred)
  • Familiarity with Korean food culture and K-culture trends is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic graphic design or Canva skills (preferred)
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Goal-oriented with excellent time management and creativity
  • Experience in using Meta Ads, TikTok Business, or email marketing is an advantage
