We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team. This senior role blends strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support high-impact digital marketing efforts using the Adobe Campaign platform. You will serve as a key link between regional brand marketers, technical teams, and global clients - ensuring seamless campaign delivery, personalization, and performance optimization that drives measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns via Adobe Campaign.
- Plan and implement trigger-based nurturing workflows targeting all prospect stages, from inquiry to conversion.
- Set up canvases, segmentation logic, and activity-triggered events to drive tailored campaign delivery.
- Create and manage workflows and distribution lists; apply A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Maintain and optimize the marketing automation system, including scoring models, drip nurture flows, segmentation rules, and broadcast campaigns.
- Reinforce best practices around email hygiene, list management, and minimization of opt- outs/list fatigue.
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance.
- Leverage captured data to plan targeted outreach (email, social, etc.) and enhance audience segmentation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and optimize performance across all initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to Country-Specific and Brand Marketers, advising on campaign best practices.
- Liaise with international clients to ensure alignment, performance tracking, and iterative improvement.
- Conduct workshops to upskill marketers in digital strategies and Adobe Campaign capabilities.
- Lead the execution of marketing initiatives from planning through to post-campaign analysis.
- Serve as the bridge between Country/Brand teams and centralized support functions.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing activities.
