The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of marketing, promotions and public relations initiatives for Filinvest Malls Cubao. The role aims to drive mall traffic, enhance tenant sales, and strengthen the brand presence of the mall in a highly competitive market. This position requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and operational execution to ensure marketing activities contribute to both financial and brand objectives.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Develop and implement mall marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and tenant driven activities that attract foot traffics and boost sales.
• Coordinate with advertising/ PR agencies, suppliers and partners to ensure on-time and cost-efficient campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, and alignment with financial targets.
• Support sponsorships, tie-ups and co-promotions with tenants and external partners to minimize marketing budgets.

Public Relations & Branding:

• Manage PR requirements for Filinvest Malls Cubao, including write-ups, press releases, and brand communications
• Coordinate with media and agencies for interviews, features and publicity campaigns
• Ensure consistent brand positioning to establish the mall as preferred shopping and lifestyle destination in Cubao.

Tenant & Customer Engagement:

• Collaborate with tenants to feature their products, services, and promotions in mall-wide marketing efforts.
• Build strong tenant relationships to encourage participation in events and campaigns
• Implement customer engagement programs such s loyalty programs, survey and feedback mechanism to strengthen customer relationships and repeat visits.

Financial & Operational Alignment:

• Assist in achieving mall financial targets by ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with sales growth and occupancy objectives
• Track and reconcile marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds and compliance with approved allocations.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, PR Efforts and financial performance of campaigns.

Special Initiatives:

• Support special projects and rehabilitation programs relevant to Filinvest Malls Cubao
• Work closely with across-functional teams (Operations, Leasing, Business Development) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall mall objectives
• Ensure high operational efficiency in the execution of all marketing programs.

Education, Training, License required:

• Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
• Creative, resourceful and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
