Descrição:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain and update lead information in the company’s CRM system.
- Nurture prospects by building relationships and providing relevant information about products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
- Monitor and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and target customer needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales/marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
