Descrição:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  2. Lead and manage the marketing team.
  3. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with other departments for integrated marketing efforts.
  5. Monitor and report on marketing performance.
  6. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  7. Manage marketing budgets and resources.
  8. Oversee the creation of marketing materials.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Oversee day to day sales, monitoring and forecasting of RMC, Asphalt, and RCPC.
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Manage and coach the sales team-provide motivation and inspiration
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnership that add value.
  • Develop and execute Go-to Market strategy.
  • Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on the top of the competition.
