  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to execute brand and performance campaigns effectively.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations including social media, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign results to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Plan and manage promotions, product launches, and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, media, and creative partners.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations.

Requisito

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Solid background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and branding.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok, influencer platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
