• Oversee Production Process – Supervise and monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality output.
• Troubleshoot CNC Machines – Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CNC equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Create AutoCAD Programs – Develop CNC programs based on product designs and specifications for accurate machine operation.
• Manage Manufacturing Workflow – Organize and guide production employees to meet targets, maintain standards, and follow proper processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Registered).
• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing, CNC operations, or production management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and CNC programming; knowledge in CAM software is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; able to manage and motivate production staff.
• Good understanding of manufacturing workflow, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machinery.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
