Position: Maintenance Mechanical Technician / Fitter

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining processing and packing equipment.
• Fault finding and timely repairs.
• Preventative maintenance of plant and equipment, including maintenance activities.
• Maintaining compliance to internal safety and food quality systems and programs.
• Identifying equipment reliability improvement opportunities.
• Carry out all work as instructed by the designated Supervisor or Manager.
• Contribute to maximum machine availability by efficiently maintaining, servicing, repairing, and performing approved modifications.
• Communicate machine maintenance requirements effectively, contributing to a team-based approach for machine operation and maintenance.
• Ensure all work is carried out to a high-quality standard and in a safe, cost-efficient, and timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner and complies with Workplace Health and Safety Legislation and internal systems.
• Log hazard and safety observations into the relevant systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / 2 years in college or any related course.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the same field, local or abroad.
• English Skills (IELTS or English Certification from HS/College).
• Verifiable work experience.
• Valid Passport, TESDA Certification, and Driver’s License.
