Descrição:

Medical Sales and Marketing Representative Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biology, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business/Management/ Entrepreneurship or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino (Korean is an advantage but not required)
  • Work experience in the Medical Industry is an advantage
  • Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30PM
  • Office is located in Ortigas, Pasig City (10 min walk from SM Megamall)


Scope of Responsibilities

  • Responsible to grow sales of the company
  • Reach out to new customers and maintaining relationships for long-term business opportunities.
  • To handle sales, marketing, and after-sales service
  • Understand the market, trends, and competition in the industry;
  • Update and submit daily report on sales activity;
  • Plan realistic short-term and long-term target sales;
  • Communicate with doctors and medical professionals;
  • Participate in several exhibitions/congresses, conferences and trade shows to develop new potential customers, market data collection, and be a company representative to deliver values.
  • Plan, schedules, and make calls to assigned customers, to explain and present about new and existing products
  • Review and analyze post-call reports in line with meeting set objectives per target customer
  • Ensures call coverage, call concentration and call reach are achieved as per the standards set by the company
  • Visit clinics and accounts to check product movement and ensures enough stocks are maintained
  • Prepare for daily, weekly and monthly business review meetings, analyze sales data and monitor own sales performance
  • Schedule and conduct one-on-one product presentations to doctors,
  • Probe and report customer feedback to the company
