What You’ll Do
- Assist patients, members, and providers with inquiries and service needs
- Deliver compassionate, accurate, and efficient support
- Handle account updates, benefits information, and service resolutions
- Represent the brand with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- College Graduate (with or without experience)
- SHS Graduate/ 2nd year college undergrad
- Highschool (Old Curriculum)
- At least 6 months BPO/CSR experience (Healthcare experience is a plus!)
- Amenable to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
