Descrição:

The Professional Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Neurospine’s medical devices—including Penumbra and other neurosurgical, orthopedic, and diagnostic tools—to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing technical support in the field.


  • Promote and sell medical products through hospital visits, presentations, and case support
  • Conduct product demos to doctors, surgeons, and procurement officers
  • Achieve sales targets and manage assigned territory/accounts
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and inventory management
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activity, and industry trends
  • Maintain hospital accreditation requirements and compliance with company policies

Requisito

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in medical devices, medical supplies, or Cath Lab/Operating Room.
  • Graduate of any 4-year course or a related allied course in business or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and maintaining records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (client visits, presentations, reporting).
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, marketing, and healthcare professionals.
  • Must have a pleasing personality and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork and assist in medical cases as needed.
  • Preferably possesses a valid driver’s license or is willing to commute.
  • Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience, preferably in OR or Cath Lab settings
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Technical aptitude in explaining medical devices and procedures
  • Organized, results-driven, and willing to travel for fieldwork and hospital support
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and familiarity with healthcare systems
