Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively promote and sell medical equipment, devices, and consumables to doctors, hospitals, and clinics within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and procurement teams.
  • Product Knowledge & Training: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and provide training to healthcare staff on proper usage and benefits.
  • Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to management on market trends.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective territory management and strategic sales planning.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Marketing, Sales or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in medical equipment, devices, or consumables.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including hospital procurement processes and physician preferences.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a consultative selling approach.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Job Type: Direct Hire
  • Benefits: HMO, Govt Mandated
  • Supplemental Pay:
  • Incentives % total sales
  • 13th month salary

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, Management, Marketing or any related field.
  • With sales experience (experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Effective presentation and communication abilities.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Willing to travel and do fieldwork within assigned territory.
