Descrição do Trabalho

Drawing & Design Creation: Prepare accurate and detailed MEP system drawings (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) using AutoCAD or other relevant software.
Collaboration: Work closely with MEP engineers, architects, and other project teams to ensure that designs meet project requirements, codes, and specifications.
Revisions & Updates: Revise drawings as needed based on feedback from engineers, clients, or regulatory agencies.
Code Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of design revisions and track the project’s drafting progress. Prepare and present design documentation to stakeholders as required.
Site Visits: Attend site meetings and inspections, when needed, to verify that designs are being accurately implemented on-site.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that drawings are error-free and maintain the highest standards of quality in drafting and design.

Experience: Minimum of [2-5] years of experience as a draftsman or in a similar role in MEP projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, or similar drafting software. Knowledge of MEP systems design is essential.
Knowledge: Understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and building codes.
