Descrição:

  • Developing e-commerce sales & marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets  
  • Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) 
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve website design
  • Assist in adding new products, updating existing products information (e.g. pricing, descriptions, images) and managing product categories
  • Managing relationships with online platforms and service providers 
  • Staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies 
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat or phone regarding product availability, order status, shipping information and other related issues.
  • Inventory Management-keep track of stock levels, update the online store as products run out of stock, and manage back-end system to avoid overselling
  • Ordering- process customer orders, manage returns and exchanges and coordinates with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery

Requisito

  • College graduate
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both oral and written)
  • People handling skills (optional)
  • Entrepreneurship skills
