  • Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Support inventory management and product placement initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to coordinate promotions.
  • Prepare visual merchandising displays to enhance customer experience.
  • Communicate with vendors and assist in order processing.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years in a relevant merchandising or sales role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, teamwork, public speaking, and sales training.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with occasional irregular hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, proactive team player, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
