You'll Be Responsible With The Following

  • Create overall strategy to drive merchant retention among: ▪ New merchants
  • Drives data-driven insight and strategies hinged on merchant behaviors and usage patterns
  • Ensure achievement of retention business metrics through initiatives and programs
  • Implement lead scoring and qualification frameworks to ensure that only high-potential merchants are passed along to the sales team.
  • Executes end-to-end segment-based marketing
  • Ensure execution retention policies and principles in all Gcash programs


We Are Looking For

  • With Bachelor's degree
  • With at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or merchant lifecycle management
  • With experience in Tech/ App-Based Companies is a preference
  • Preferably with Management Trainee Experience
  • Preferably with SQL knowledge
