The Branch Messenger is responsible for the secure, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other materials between branches, departments, and external parties. The role supports smooth internal communication and operational continuity by performing errands, maintaining records of deliveries, and assisting with minor office support tasks when needed.

• Collect and deliver mail, packages, documents, and supplies between branches, departments, and clients.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive or confidential materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance checks of the assigned vehicle (if applicable).
• Report any delays, accidents, or issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Comply with safety, security, and confidentiality policies and procedures.

• At least College Level
• Must have a Driving License
• Can Drive Manual Motorcycle
• Familiar inside and outside Metro Manila
• Experienced in the same field is advantage
• Ability to lift and carry packages
• IT Background experience
