Handles dealer sales of motorcycles within Laguna including implementation of plans and programs that will support the achievement of motorcycle dealer sales target in the area
Implements marketing and dealer development activities to create brand awareness
Attends to customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and address inquiries
Demonstrate product features and benefits through presentations and product knowledge
Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and progress in Customer Relationship Management systems
Develops customized selling strategies

Graduate of any four-year course with at least two (2) years related work experience in wholesales or field sales from the motorcycle, automobile or consumer durables industry.
Has the ability to employ strategies and techniques which will lead to the achievement of sales target in his/her designated area
A team player, energetic and willing to do field work
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of establishing and maintaining good dealer relations
Result-oriented and focused
Must be an experienced driver with valid license
Computer Literate
