Job Summary:

The Systems Analyst under the Management Services Department (MSD) is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that support and enhance the organization’s business processes. The role ensures that IT solutions align with the company’s operational goals, improve efficiency, and provide effective support to end-users.

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through system enhancements or automation.
• Evaluate, recommend, and assist in the implementation of new software applications or systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost-benefit analyses for proposed system changes.
• Develop and document system workflows, process maps, and functional designs.
• Liaise between users, developers, and vendors to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance prior to deployment.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for new or updated systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company operations to ensure systems remain aligned with business strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role (typically 3–5 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in systems documentation, report writing, and user training.
• Familiarity with SAP, database management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
