Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend toolbox/staff meetings
• Monitor all equipment and facility
• Attend on-call requests, concerns, and repairs
• Ensure that all equipment system operations meet the desired parameters
• Conduct basic regular preventive maintenance and monitoring of equipment such as, but not limited to, pumps, motors, generator sets, air-conditioning systems, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS), CCTV, electrical systems, and gym equipment
• Ensure that the recommended preventive maintenance program is strictly followed
• Assist in conducting the preventive maintenance of equipment by 3rd party contractors
• Accomplish daily equipment and facility monitoring forms/checklists
• Conduct electric and water meter readings
• Submit weekly/monthly summary reports of activities
• Maintain a written record of the maintenance being undertaken
• Keep work area clean and tidy at all times
• Inform the Maintenance Supervisor of any repair and improvement that needs to be carried out
• Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time
• Monitor sanitary and plumbing system of the property (pumps and motors – cold water line, pool and lagoon, cistern tank, irrigation system, valves, strainers, restroom/bathhouse fixtures)
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance of equipment (pumps, valves, strainers, restroom, etc.)
• Repaint and repair old and dilapidated walls, doors, ceilings, tiles, and roads

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any vocational or technical related course or its equivalent experience
• At least two years of related work experience in Building Maintenance
• Submit weekly/monthly activity reports
• Update all equipment monitoring forms/checklists
• Keep work area and machine rooms clean and dry at all times
