- Perform maintenance and repairs on various mechanical systems.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical work, air conditioning repair, and routine inspections.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform repairs, maintenance, and regular inspections on various systems.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in varied environments; some tasks require physical strength.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
