About the role

Caritas Manila, a leading non-profit organisation, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing engaging visual content that supports our mission and connects with our diverse stakeholders. As a Graphic Artist, you will contribute to the development of impactful marketing materials, communications, and digital assets that help us to effectively tell our story and drive our initiatives forward.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and create visually compelling designs for a variety of print and digital media, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visually engaging deliverables
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Caritas Manila's visual identity guidelines across all design work
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on design-related tasks and projects

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role
• Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong conceptual and visual problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, typography, and colour
• Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for design and a commitment to continuously expanding your creative skills
