岗位职责：
根据不同的营销目的负责线上活动方案策划、执行推进、复盘总结等工作， 并对整体活动质量、进度及结果负责。
分析用户行为，策划与用户属性相关、与用户需求匹配的活动策略，结合不同用户类型制定针对性活动。
分析活动数据，深入挖掘用户需求，为活动的运营和迭代提供相应依据。
负责对竞品活动定期分析以及行业动态信息跟踪，行业成功活动的分析和收集整理。
完成上级交代的其他相关工作。
Requisito
任职资格：
1-3年区块链交易所经验优先，互联网、金融行业线上活动策划工作经验优先。
具有项目管理经验，把控项目进度和运营节奏，协调各部门沟通配合的能力。
思维活跃，创新性、逻辑性及框架感强，注重细节，有较强的组织协调能力，能掌控活动的全局。
知识面广、洞察力强，具备较强的文案策划功底。
具有岀色的提案能力、良好的合作意识、 学习能力以及独立解决问题的能力。"
