Descrição:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled HRIS Developer with expertise in .NET and JavaScript frameworks to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) applications that streamline HR operations, optimize processes, and enhance the overall user experience.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain HRIS applications using .NET (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, timekeeping, ERP).
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end components for HR teams and internal users.
  • Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security across all HRIS modules.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support and enhancements for developed systems.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development, ideally in HRIS or enterprise applications.
  • Proficient in .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).
  • Strong expertise with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of HRIS domains (employee profiles, payroll, timekeeping, leave management) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
