- Provides accurate and updated status of GS work orders request
- Provides Material liquidation and service report summary report; and
- Provide accurate technical layout and drawing.
- Provide proper monitoring of external permits in connection building permits
- At least graduate of any Engineering course or related field.
- At least Two (2) years experience in handling building and grounds functions.
- Experience in handling AutoCAD application is an advantage.
- Knowledge in interpretation of technical drawing and its executions is an advantage.
