Descrição:
- Interact with customers through phone calls and emails to know their requirements and needs
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to introduce and sell products
- Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer services.
- Ensure dispatching and delivery of products is met with customer deadlines.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality services to customers.
- Maintain and manage customer files and databases.
- Encoding, document filing and other clerical task that will assign to you
- Assist in Accounting Department
Requisito
- Graduate of any Business or Management course
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
